Added features and made it compatible with CyberFoil app

Hey @luketanti just a hint, there are a couple of commits (including some UI improvements I contributed) that are not yet on the master branch but rather on develop. Maybe you want to pull those commits into your fork. You should then also change the target branch of this PR to develop.

In case this PR does not get any attention and you keep maintaining your fork, it would be advisable to enable issues on the repo so people can report bugs etc. (this is also true for the Cyberfoil repo). Thanks for your work!

OK, thank you for the hints! I am not very familiar with git and what the norms are yet. I appreciate. Issues are enabled now on both repos as per you suggestion.
