Welcome to the official GitHub organization of the ACM Student Chapter at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (ACM-AVV)! We’re a vibrant student-led community of developers, innovators, and tech enthusiasts working together to learn, build, and share knowledge through open-source contributions, workshops, and exciting programs like the Season of Code.
The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) is the world’s largest educational and scientific computing society. The ACM Student Chapter at AVV fosters a collaborative environment where students can grow their technical skills, work on real-world projects, and participate in global initiatives.
Season of Code (SoC) is ACM-AVV's flagship summer open-source program—our take on the popular Google Summer of Code. It gives students the chance to:
- Contribute to real-world open-source projects
- Collaborate with experienced mentors

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced coder, SoC is a great opportunity to level up and make an impact!
