Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the repository’s README to introduce a dedicated “Ethereum Transactions” section and specify the required transaction address.
- Added a new “Ethereum Transactions” header and explanatory text.
- Included the official Ethereum address for repository-related transactions.
- (Unintentionally) renamed the README file to include header text in its filename.

Pre-requisites
Please note that at this time we are only accepting new starter workflows for Code Scanning. Updates to existing starter workflows are fine.
Tasks
For all workflows, the workflow:

ci

).push
tobranches: [ $default-branch ]
andpull_request
tobranches: [ $default-branch ]
.release

), with properties set as follows:name
