There was a compatibility issue between `black` and `isort`. Adding the `black` profile to the `isort` pre-commit hook solves the problem.

As discussed in #19, I started to implement some tests for the
BaseSubmissionController. We can either merge this first or wait until we finalize #21, so that I can also add tests for theFromGroupSubmissionController.I also made a small modification to the
pre-commitconfiguration.
