This addition essentially helps users launch external processes with Porcelain that will be restarted in the event that the program crashes.

I find it particularly important since the crashing of external one-off programs can be devastating to an application. Elixir, with Porcelain, handles it rather gracefully. |

Thank you for your contribution, @MarcusSorealheis. I'll have to hold off merging this for a while because Porcelain still has issues where the external process will keep running even when it looks like it's finished on the Elixir side. |
