Add processor_add_fields_v2 plugin

增加processor_add_fields_v2插件，支持如下功能：

1. 支持增加map[string]interface{}, []interface{}, bool等字段
2. 新增内置函数，支持添加uuid, env, 毫秒/纳秒时间戳

使用方式：

• 添加uuid： "${uuid()}"
• 添加环境变量："${env(RANDOM_STR)}"
• 毫秒时间戳： "${timestamp_ms()}"
• 纳秒时间戳: "${timestamp_ns()}
