The goal here is to use what WordPress gives us. It also allows for images to be served from a CDN such as Jetpack.
This will allow Jetpack CDN to serve the image.
Allows the cover image to be served from the CDN, it creates a CDN friendly URL.
We still need to account for images that might be cropped, scaled, or rotated.
