ALVR v12.0 beta 2

Changes from beta 1:

• Fix black eye view bug when using FFR
• Hide dashboard when switching to hand tracking
• Fix legacy haptics not being played
• Recenter dashboard when shown
• Add Italian translation of ALVR dashboard
• Apply color profile for REC2020 as default
• Add "Restart SteamVR" button in Settings section
• Fix setup wizard presets
