Changes:

  • New: .github/actions/install-lemonade/action.yml - Reusable composite action for Lemonade Server installation
  • Updated: CI workflows now use centralized Lemonade installation step
  • Centralized: LEMONADE_VERSION = "8.0.3" in src/gaia/version.py as single source of truth
  • Removed: Hardcoded versions from installer (8.0.1) and CI, eliminating version mismatches
  • Lemonade Upgrade Upgraded to Lemonade v8.0.3

Key Features:

  • CI action and Windows installer dynamically read lemonade version from version.py
  • Downloads Lemonade Server with hybrid extras and Qwen2.5-0.5B-Instruct-CPU model
  • Includes Windows Defender exclusions and verification
  • Version updates require changing only one file
