Add a `get_description` function to fetch descriptions from `.txt` files. Update `file_to_item` to use these descriptions for `<description>` and add `<itunes:summary>` in `build_item` for better podcast metadata compatibility. Signed-off-by: Kyuwon Kim <[email protected]>
