This PR adds SYCLIST (https://www.unige.ch/sciences/astro/evolution/en/database/syclist/, https://github.com/GESEG/SYCLIST).
SYCLIST interpolates pre-calculated stellar evolution models.
The interface works similar to that of other stellar evolution codes.
Not yet finished.
