swiot1l-v1: V1 firmware release for the AD-SWIOT1L-SL

Initial version of the firmware for the AD-SWIOT1L-SL project.

2 binary files are provided:

• swiot_dhcp_release.hex: the board's IP is dynamically configured using a DHCP server (additional information in the README documentation)
• swiot_static_release.hex: the board's IP is statically configured (169.254.97.40)
