[Part 1] Big and nice update like Pineapple Pizza

• Add defaults for the fullscreen & centered
• Adds all missing logos for systems, collections, autocollections, arcade and many reworks for existing ones. Some like oddysey 2 was re-made for dhwz request, some for community request.
• Improve the centered backgrounds ( enhance the existing ones and replace like 3-4 of them ) and adds all missing systems.
• Refactor the folders structure for Further Reworks
• Rework 88mph into Alternative backgrounds, we can add some of them here in future, and explain ppl how it work :)
• Add Color scheme support
• Rename the hidden names to be consistent with 4:3 implemented into core defaults to prevent blackscreen
• Add couple of fullscreen missing systems
• Add backgrounds images for fullscreen (still working on metadata support for it to not interate with centered, will pr when ready )
