Right now I am looking at how vertx is managing the upstream and downstream process. It seems it is not really using the specification as shown in quarkusio/quarkus#18750 - this was apparently solved, but I fear it is not in most recent Quarkus releases. |

Tested and reported in quarkusio/quarkus#50466 - @llowinge you may hold on any development around this to see how they are going to manage this. |
