Motivation and Context

Resolve failing iOS workflow.

Description

Update to use following

  • macOS 13 with Xcode 14 & iOS 16
  • macOS 14 with Xcode 15 & iOS 17
  • macOS 15 with Xcode 16 & iOS 18

Testing
