fix: update jsondiffpatch and axios to address CVEs

Overview

Updates axios and jsondiffpatch to address CVEs.
Minor changes were needed on how jsondiffpatch is imported to address breaking changes in https://github.com/benjamine/jsondiffpatch/releases/tag/v0.6.0

EDIT: Also disabled chrome's password leak detection when running Nightwatch tests to prevent a popup alert that was causing tests to fail.

Testing recommendations

No changes in functionality so it's enough for CI to pass.
