Just the Metadata Changes Required for Row Lineage. Skips out on actual implementation in Manifests and Datafiles but allows for proper creation of Snapshots and Metadata.json with row lineage properties propagated.
A new Snapshot Field is also required to make adjusting the
last-row-idof Table Metadata easy to update without re-opening up the manifestList.
