### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add reassign info into UI tab ### Why are the changes needed? I want to enable the partition split for all clusters spark jobs, this PR could make me better inspect validity ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Neen't
