Fixed a pipeline docs typo in the cache section

Addressed this issue: #1171

Replaced "to run again without can" to "to run again without cache".

Target branch is main since the change is for the documentation (per contributing guideline).

@clementmouchet checks fail due to requirements-cpu.txt missing. I see from this diff that this happens the recent change which is in develop and not yet in main.

Should I recreate the PR targeting develop or can we omit these checks since this is just a one-liner docs fix?
