Further discussion needed especially for

  • notfound

  • velocyto_SVR

  • cell_phase_genes

  • umap_fit

    • Two things are need to be considered regarding transform method in cell velocity function.
  1. V[np.isinf(V)] = 0 # If there are -inf values, how should we handle this?
  2. T = transition_matrix # No initialization for T in transform?
