the list of options was not actually showing up, this pushes the correct format of options to be a list of maps, each with a key of "value". Much sense.
The commint introduces 3 new stage types related to the kubernetes v2 provider. Extends already existing kubernetes v1 with the missing fields to get aligned with the JSON fields. Additionally it organize each of the new as well as the already existing stages into switch/case blocks.
