Merge pull request #1539 from bettio/fix-changelog-and-100-columns

Fix v6.6.6 changelog section

Remove extra back-tick, Fix -> Fixed and reformat to 100 columns.

These changes are made under both the "Apache 2.0" and the "GNU Lesser General
Public License 2.1 or later" license terms (dual license).
