Edit: There seems to be some issue with python 3.10.9 and jahsbench 1.0.2. as I get a 'NoneType not callable' exception from numpy. I'll look into it but for now, do not merge this PR. |

This resolves numpy version conflicts that occurred with jahsbench 1.0.0 which was previously required by mf-prior-bench.
