This PR adds a simpler example of S3-based static website hosting to the Typescript library. The existing static-site example requires creating a domain in Route53 via the console ahead of time, and creates several resources in the target account including Route53 Alias records, a CloudFront distribution, and an SSL cert in ACM.
This version is much simpler and demonstrates deploying static content to S3 with the appropriate permissions to serve that content.
