Also, remove it from backends/pep517 tests. Removes transitive dependencies cffi and pycparser as well.
Since these will no longer be distributed, we do not need to attribute them in the licenses file.

All use cases of cryptographic functions have been rewritten to use
awscrt. This PR removescryptographyas a dependency of the AWS CLI v2.This removes two dependencies of
