Re-opened from #1106. See original PR for additional details and previous discussion.

Adds a few settings that were missing on Android

  • Background Color
  • Second Screen Opacity
  • Audio Emulation

Also adds a new setting to create a .nomedia file automatically in the user directory which helps with hiding images from any image picker / gallery app (useful for texture packs)
