To use the application online follow this link.
To use this application locally either

run
shiny::runGitHub("ascr_shiny", "cmjt")
inR

download this repository manually and extract all files into a folder. Once done you can simply open R and use this script, having set
appDir <- "path/to/ascr_shiny"
to the path on your computer, to open up the application in your browser.

There are two example data sets included alongside this application the first is single array example data from the ascr
package, the second is multi array and is a subset of northern yellow-cheeked gibbon Nomascus annamensis data from Kidney, D., Rawson, B. M., Borchers, D. L., Stevenson, B. C., Marques, T. A., & Thomas, L. (2016). An efficient acoustic density estimation method with human detectors applied to gibbons in Cambodia. PloS one, 11(5), e0155066.
