- 新增 maxTagCount 属性，支持设置标签最大展示数量 - 新增 overflowTagPopover 属性，支持自定义收纳浮层配置 - 超出数量的标签以 +N 形式展示，hover 显示收纳浮层 - 收纳浮层内支持删除标签操作

当 InputText 多选模式下选中大量选项时，标签会占用过多空间，影响界面美观和用户体验。
