BCIERS sends automated emails under specific scenarios. These are:

  • industry user access request received (when the operator already has an admin) -> receipt acknowledgment sent to the user making the access request
  • industry user access request received (when the operator doesn't have an admin, so the user is requesting admin access) -> receipt acknowledgment sent to the user making the access request
  • industry user access request approved -> sent to the user who made the access request
  • industry user access request declined -> sent to the user who made the access request
  • new BORO ID issued to an operation -> sent to all operation representatives for the operation
  • operation registration has been submitted -> receipt acknowledgment sent to all operation representatives for the operation, and the user who submitted the registration (if not an operation representative)
