Recommended download is the small Full Framework release which require the .Net Framework 4.8 to be installed, as Windows Update should have did by itself in most cases.
Alternative download is the self-contained Core Framework release which don't have any requirement, but is much heavier to download. Use it if the recommended version don't launch.
