Started implementation based on OSdev https://wiki.osdev.org/Virtio however that is probably a legacy (pre Virtio 1.0) interface.
Not implemented or working yet, so temporarily disable tcp stack.

Work in progress on Virtio network device driver. Started with OSdev description (https://wiki.osdev.org/Virtio) but now trying to follow the Virtio 1.2 specification (https://docs.oasis-open.org/virtio/virtio/v1.2/cs01/virtio-v1.2-cs01.pdf)
