v1.2 Final python 2 release

This release is the final version that works with python 2.

PDFKit overhaul

As many of the scripts as possible now use PDFKit rather than CoreGraphics to work with PDFs. This makes them much faster.
The JoinPDF script now adds a Table of Contents for each file added.
