Summary

Using the RGB LED functionalities to create a new console command blinky which turns on L0, L1, or L2 using console commands.

Test Plan

blinky help should give you all the options.

  • Ensure that no matter what you put in, the colour-changing LED continues to be the correct color.
  • Ensure that you can both turn on and off LEDs
