Could you just insert a brief comment on how the branching works? Just like we did in the sdk, see: https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton-html-plugin-sdk?tab=readme-ov-file#plugin-versioning
One other thing: Don't we need to maintain the CI here in order to run the workflows? Since this is the main branch? Just open to discuss it.

What does this PR do?
Cleans up 'main' branch to match the sdk repository's pattern.

Motivation
The various branches will contain the plugin code.
