What/Why?
Add a requireShippingAddress prop to the GooglePay customer initialize call to force the GooglePay popup to include the shipping address and option selection.
This is to fix issue #3077 where the GooglePay express button will not prompt for shipping address on the second time after its been opened and closed once.
Testing
Pass the requireShippingAddress prop to the GooglePay customer initialize call, and follow the steps in the issue. Now when you click the GooglePay express button, close the window, and open it again, on the second time the GooglePay popup should include the shipping address and shipping option selection
