This PR adds support for displaying shipping discounts as part of the
total_rowsobject used on theorders/details.htmlandorders/invoice.htmlpages. It also adds some CSS toassets/scss/components/stencil/account/_account.scssto support shipping discounts when displayed onorders/details.html.Requirements
