Datafiles for the MD tutorial of the OxCompBio course (for ARCUS use only)
This repository should contain all the files required to run the GROMACS simulation as detailed in the Oxford Computational Biochemistry MD tutorial.
Use of this repository is only necessary if you are attending the course and have been given a guest account on ARCUS.
