- updated htmx import to use cdn - updated head-support.js reference - fixed test href to point to correct file I suspect these issues were introduced when the extensions were separated from the main repo

This PR does the following:
Htmx version:
2.0.8 from the cdn
Testing
I went through the existing manual tests multiple times after fixing them, and confirmed the event was working as expected using logging
