This auto-generated PR won't be correct/sufficient because there were dependency changes between Nextstrain CLI 4.2.0 and 5.0.0. Avoiding this sort of thing is why I proposed bioconda/bioconda-utils#697, but that looks like it won't be merged. For reference, our own issue to track the "deps don't auto-update" problem is nextstrain#1. |
