Simplify build_association_knowledge_sources() and update to accept values for the (optional) source_record_urls slot.
Moved get_biolink_schema() and get_current_biolink_version() methods from Translator Ingest, to BMT. Along the way, it was noted that the associated unit tests were faiing within BMT. These failures were traced back to deprecated code in the minimum required Python release 3.9. Given that Python release 3.9 is past end-of-life as of October 2025, the minimum Python release for BMT was bumped up to 3.10 (which 'fixed' the unit tests).
