CI needs composer-phive-bridge! Now PHIVE does not get called.

Root package 'bitexpert/composer-phive-bridge' cannot require itself in its composer.json

Oh nooooooooo! Composer is more clever then I am.

Now CI includes phive install as we cannot start up ourselves.
