Adds instruction parsing utilities for common Solana programs:

Token program (Transfer, MintTo, Burn, etc.)
System program (Transfer, CreateAccount)
Associated Token Account program
Generic parser for unknown programs
Usage example with real transaction parsing

Resolves the need for instruction data parsing mentioned in issues.
