Summary by Sourcery

Update all core services and the commonwealth library to use the latest compatible dependency versions for improved consistency and to incorporate upstream fixes and enhancements.

Enhancements:

  • Upgrade FastAPI ecosystem (fastapi, fastapi-versioning, uvicorn) across all services
  • Bump logging, data validation, and system libraries (loguru, pydantic, psutil, packaging) for consistency
  • Update asynchronous and networking dependencies (aiohttp, aiodocker, aiocache, semver, zeroconf, dpath, pyserial, validators, pyelftools) to latest versions
