Work in progress. Needs tests and documentation.

Ad-hoc addition of a centrifugal drift term based on solving the equations in a non-inertial frame. This (hopefully) enables the essential features of centrifugal forces to be captured, at least in the linear and early nonlinear regime when the change in the rotation is small.

Adding centrifugal terms properly means relaxing the Boussinesq approximation, and keeping enough terms in the vorticity advection to recover the centrifugal and Coriolis terms.

Takes as input the acceleration in x, that can be a function of x and y.
Adds a mass-dependent drift to all species, and a divergence of current
in DivJextra.
Simple interchange-like instability in a spinning annulus.
Solved in the rotating frame so that there is an outward
centrifugal force that depends on radius.
Set phi inner and outer potential to fixed values.
