Updates generated Docker compose file to update from deprecated Azure Sql Edge image to SQL Server 2025 image.

Known bugs

  • when running the opti db command, import does not start automatically start when choice is picked
    • workaround: run opti db import afterwards

Notes

  • SQL Server 2025 is unstable on arm64 and runs in Rosetta compatibility mode
  • I would suggest migrating from SQL server for local development to Postgres or something, if thats even possible
