Request for gradle.kts support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
i am using latest android builds. so new android build only supports gradle.kts
i have to manually configure the dart run spotify_sdk:android_setup as this one is only supports the build.gradle in groove

Describe the solution you'd like

• migrating the existing gradle configration to gradle.kts
• building a new support for gradle.kts
