Part of #446

This will allow an almost zero code change from v4 to v5's rrule.

RecurrenceRuleLegacy Todo:

  • dayOfMonth
  • daysOfWeek
  • endDate
  • interval
  • monthOfYear
  • recurrenceFrequency
  • totalOccurrences
  • weekOfMonth
  • toJson
  • fromJson
