Mostly method renamings but some updated algorithms led to new test expectations in wasm-mutate as well. Additionally this disables the smoke test for `roundtrip-wit` as there are known fuzz bugs for that which I haven't gotten around to fixing yet.

Ok a little less ambitiuos this time around and had to exclude gimli/addr2line updates due to msrv (they're not critical to update at this time either way) |
