WIP upgrade for ReasonReact JSX3 and BsReactNative
Motivation
Getting ready for ReasonReact JSX3 for the new BsReactNative when it gets released.
I'm just submitting the PR now so we can keep discussing meanwhile BsReactNative goes stable
