Security vulnerabilities in current container image #118
Description
Looking at the most recent tagged image on quay.io, lots of vulnerabilities are listed:
Would it be possible to re-base the image on a newer OS, and perhaps update some of the other outdated packages?
I think technically this relates also to https://quay.io/repository/wtsicgp/pcap-core?tab=tags but I noticed it when looking at BRASS.
